Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and the other secure payment options shown at checkout. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Is it safe to order from your store?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers, and we never store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel, email us at support@walmye.com within 24 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped we can no longer change it, but you can request a return after it arrives.

Shipping & Delivery

How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once it's on its way.

How long does delivery take?
After processing, estimated delivery is usually 10–20 business days to the US, 12–25 to Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia, and 15–30 to the rest of the world. These are estimates and can vary with customs and carrier delays. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world.

How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
Most orders arrive with no extra charges, but some countries apply import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Email support@walmye.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or video, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post them.
