Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. During busy periods and sales, processing may take a little longer.
Estimated Shipping Times
We work with overseas warehouses and trusted carriers to keep our prices low. Estimated delivery time after processing is typically:
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Canada, UK, Europe & Australia: 12–25 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or because of customs, weather, or carrier delays that are outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating. If your tracking has not moved after 10 business days, contact us and we will look into it.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Most orders arrive with no extra charges. However, some countries may apply import duties, taxes, or fees once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships. We cannot be responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimates above, please reach out. We will work with the carrier to locate your parcel and make things right.
