Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?

A1: We are a factory and trading company, we can guarantee our price is first-hand very cheap and competitive.

Q2: What is the payment term?
A2: We accept T/T 50% deposit and 50% balance payment, the balance should be paid after acceptance before shipment.

Q3: Could I have the prices of your products?
A3: Welcome. Please feel free to send us an inquiry here. We will reply to you within 24 hours.

Q4: How about the delivery time?
A4: Usually it will take about 15-20 days

Q5: May I know the warranty time?
A5: In 12 months since BL date.

Q6: Do you accept product customization?
A6: Yes of course. Please provide specific drawings or parameters we will quote you after evaluation.

Why WAlMYe ?

Hemp cleans oxygen, water and nourishes the land. Hemp is a natural fiber that’s cultivated with low impact on the environment. It requires no irrigation, uses no pesticides, synthetic fertilizers or GMO seeds. It’s one of the most durable natural fibers on the planet.

Hemp is the oldest textile, hemp material dates back as far as 3,000 B.C.E.

Are WAlMYe tees made by hand?

WAlMYe garments are cut and sewn by a stalwart team paid living wages. Each piece is hand-cut on a cutting table from a paper pattern using traditional pattern, cutting and sewing methods. 

Are WAlMYe tees pre-washed and pre-shrunk?

All WAlMYe styles are pre-washed and pre-shrunk.  All solid colors are also garment dyed after sewn.

Where are your products made?

Made in california, USA with quality globally sourced materials from the US, China and Europe. We source our hemp from various partners we have worked with for 10+ years.

How do I know when new styles become available?

Sign up for our newsletter (bottom of the page) and stay up to date on new arrivals, products, restocks and special offers!

How do I get a notification of an item restocking in specific size and color?

Join the waitlist to receive an email when an item comes back info stock!

How long does it take to process my order?

All US orders are typically process within 3 to 7 days, International orders within 7-10 days, Monday - Friday excluding holidays + weekends.

Can I use more than one promo code on an order?
*No only one code can be used at a time.

 *Please note: you may use a gift card code and a promotional code together on the same order.

Can I use my welcome or other promo codes on sale items?

Sorry Sale items are excluded from the welcome discount since they are already significantly discounted, unless noted.

Can I use a promo code or reward points on product bundles? 

No we can only accommodate one promotional discount at a time.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept  Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Discover. Diners club, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Apple Pay, Amzon Pay.

Can I return my order?

We want to make sure you are totally psyched with your purchase. WAlMYe gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise within 10 days of purchase. Items should be in like new condition, in the condition in which received and if they have any signs of wear they will not be accepted for return. 

Do you return items purchased at a store?

WAlMYe items purchased at independent boutiques and retail locations must be returned to the location where they were purchased.

We do not accept returns of apothecary items, select intimates, bedding, gift cards, promotional items or final sale items.  All markdown styles are final sale. 

What are the charges for returns and exchanges? 

Customers returning items for refund are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping charges will be waived for all exchanges and returns for store credit. International customers are responsible for all return shipping. Shipping labels will not be provided for international returns at this time. All initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Why don’t you offer free shipping on returns?

While we want to be sure our customers are happy, we also want to be sure the planet is happy. We feel offering free shipping sends the message that there is no cost to our environment when we transport goods. While no business can call itself 100% sustainable–because we all have a footprint of some kind– we do our best to mitigate our negative impact and carbon emissions whenever possible. We encourage you to utilize our sizing charts which are designed to help you make an informed decision before your purchase.

How to I make a return?

If you would like to request a return or an exchange, complete a  We will provide a shipping label for you to send your items back. If you are exchanging an item, the shipping charges are on us. If you are returning your order in full and you choose to use the prepaid label, we will deduct the standard return shipping charge of $7 from your refund.

How long do I have to return/exchange? 

After 10 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    How soon will I get my exchange, credit, refund?

    Exchanges  for other products or gift cards will be processed and shipped as soon as your items have been scanned into the carriers system. For returns please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. 

    What happens if my exchange item is out of stock?

    Exchange items will be refunded to gift card in the event an item goes out of stock.  You will be emailed a gift card to use for your replacement item.

    What items are non-refundable?

    We do not accept returns of apothecary items, select intimates, bedding, gift cards, promotional items, free gifts or final sale items. All markdown styles are final sale. WAlMYe items purchased at independent boutiques and retail locations must be returned to the location where they were purchased. 

    What is the price for shipping a domestic order?

    We offer flat rate shipping for all U.S. orders. All U.S. orders of $50 or more receive free standard shipping.

    • Standard (5-7 business days) $7

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We offer DHL international shipping rates (for select countries) on clothing and bedding at checkout.  International shipping costs vary by order and are determined by the weight and destination.  Customer is responsible for return shipping and exchange shipping.

    When will my order ship?

    All US standard shipments are typically shipped within 48 business hours and should be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of order.

    How long do International orders typically take to ship?

    International orders typically ship within 5 to 7 business days and may take up to 14 business days to deliver depending on the shipping service chosen.

    Do you have expedited shipping?

    Expedited shipping (3-9 workdays) is available at checkout with additional cost. Expedited orders must be placed before 12 pm noon PST to ship same day.  Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are typically shipped the following day. **Excludes PO Boxes. Shipping address must be a physical address.

    How does the Free Shipping on orders over $75 work?

    Free shipping is calculated on the total order amount (not including gift cards) after any discounts are applied and before tax. 

    **Gift cards are sent via email and do not count towards total order value for free shipping.

    How can I track my order?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also access any order or tracking information by logging into your account.

    What shipping carrier do you use?

    We currently use USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL for all shipments.

    Who is responsible for lost or stolen packages?

    Once we hand your package off to the post office it is out of our control and the post office is responsible for it.  If you have questions as to location of your package you will need to contact your local post office or package carrier as soon as possible.

    The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.  If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you.  If you entered the wrong address contact us as soon as possible and we can update your information.

    Do you charge restocking fees?

    Orders over $1000 may be subject to restocking fees and may incur added restocking fees and may not qualify for our free shipping on returns.
