Some WALMYE products are produced or customized after an order is placed. Production and fulfillment time is separate from shipping transit time.

  • Production and fulfillment: Small-volume production may take approximately 1–3 business days, but timing can vary depending on the product, order quantity, customization, and operating conditions.

  • United States: Estimated shipping transit is generally 4–9 business days after dispatch. Production and fulfillment time is additional.

  • International orders: Shipping estimates vary depending on the destination, product, and available carrier service.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly provided.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

For eligible items, WALMYE accepts return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Standard returns generally require the item to be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend reporting such issues within 7 days of delivery to assist with investigation and resolution. This recommendation does not limit your mandatory legal rights.

For standard returns based on preference, fit, or change of mind, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
