Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. For any return or refund request, email support@walmye.com with your order number.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@walmye.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for our reply with instructions before sending anything back — items returned without prior approval can't be processed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — in most cases you won't need to send anything back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a damaged or incorrect claim), we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it for a full refund, as long as it hasn't already shipped. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you're welcome to request a return after it arrives.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on pierced jewelry (such as earrings), intimate items, or any product that has been used, washed, or had its tags removed — unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
